Dosing Kalk from ATO

I have a ATO storage of approx. 24 gallons RO/DI water and an evaporation rate of about 3.5 gallons per day from the DT.

If I add 1/2 tsp of Kalk per gallon (12 tsps) should I expect that all of it will dissolve?

I understand that Kalk does better with higher concentrations of CO2 in the tank. Should I stop using a CO2 scrubber on my skimmer?

Are there any additional benefits of dissolving the Kalk in vinegar and then add that to the ATO reservoir? I am currently dosing a 7030 vinegar vodka mixture.

I will be using the Kalk to supplement my CA reactor. I have calculated my ALK usage at about 2.5 dKH/day.

Up to 2 tsp will dissolve per gallon in RO/DI. You can increase the concentration with vinegar, but ½ tsp is a fine starting place, so there's no point in adding vinegar unless you'd like more carbon in the system or you'd like to dose the vinegar automatically. There likely will be some impurities that settle to the bottom, though.

I'd probably leave the scrubber running for now. You'll need to watch the pH to be sure, but ½ tsp per dose is low enough that I'd expect a small effect.
