Dosing pump issues

Anyone else purchase one of the FS NT-101 Dosing pumps from Fish Street? Mine worked great for about a month and now it seems to be dead. Just curious if anyone has experience with these and what if anything I might be able to do.

I have already submitted a request to them.

Only have had experience with BRS pumps. Hope they resolve your issue

Let me know how this turns out. I found a good deal on the bm doser and I'm trying to decide between the two.

Was not complaining, the company has been really helpful so far. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on possible things to try and look at to repair this thing. I have power coming out of the brick so it must be internal.

Thing worked great for the first month, and the price for a triple dosing unit was 60% less than any local option. Great flexability to configure the amount and times on each pump individually. And since I had such good experience with other products I decided to give it a try.
