Dosing pump squeaking....

Have been running the SA 3 pump doser for about 6-7 months on my 70 gallon. Now pump #2 is making a very loud squeaking noise when running. I have checked the lines and they are clear. What can be causing this/can I do about it.

Cool glad it worked, I try to remove and clean the pump every month or two.
