For some reason I'm not able to use the "SEARCH" feature. Im a Member, but its not allowing me to use it. Contacted Admin but no answer.

Hence the question.....

Im looking for a Dosing Pump System thats easy to use and setup. Been Looking at the DOS stsyem, but I need 4 pumps. Im also considering getting an APEX in the future or something similar.

ALK, Mag, Cal and Nopox.

Any suggestion, not looking for cheap, looking for function and ease of use :)

Have you dosed Mag before? I ask because like you I originally set up my tank with a pump to dose Mag. I found it rarely needed to be dosed. I only dose it in my WC water now (no pump needed). Might save you a little money there.

I dose Mag about 2 times a week, about 30ml of B-Ionic,
Im looking for advise on Pump system, I know iwoulf need at least 3 pumps. Money is an issue, but I find that going cheap in this hobby only bites you in the you know what later on, so looking for function and ease of use. Thanks :)

I'm out.. but here I go..
Dosing pump user = check..
cheap dosing pump system = yes :(
been using a jebao DP4 since they first came out (gosh 5+ years maybe?).. never missed a beat..

But I think you will find a GHL doser to be the most "recommended"..
Bubble Magus is quite popular too..

I've used Bubble Magus for about a year. Haven't had any issues, but the instructions are not the greatest. Once you figure out how to navigate the menu and dosing increments, it's easy to use. It is a 3 pump unit, but you can add more pumps.

i dose two part. i have two BRS Peristaltic Dosing Pumps being run on OSC timers from my apex.

i've been very happy with them. reasonably cost effective, reliable, and since i already the apex i just needed to configure two outlets.

I have the Apex DOS and really like it. I just use it to dos Kalk and occasionally Alk when I need to make adjustments, but it's soooo nice being able to view and control everything in Apex Fusion.

Thanks for the info....but why is the jebao DP4 is $62.00 on Amazon and the GHL 2.1
is $299.00+?
It it the Wifi that your paying for?

Reliability and accuracy is what you are paying for. Nothing wrong with Jebao, but you won't have the same peace of mind. People seem to report much better luck with their dosers than their pumps though.

I'm doing the Triton system where I'm dosing 1ml of solution at a time. I need to dose 4 chemicals accurately at the same levels daily. At these concentrated levels, being off by a ml here or there can be an issue over time.

The cheaper dosers tend not to be accurate at these levels. When you are dosing BRS 2 part being off by a ml here or there is not an issue, that might not even account for the variations when you are mixing the chemicals.

I've used Jebao and Coralbox for 2 part and were fine with it for a while. Did not like their accuracy at small quantities when I started doing Triton.

I went with the GHL doser 2.1, took up less space than 2 Neptune System dosers.

GHL for sure.
Top build quality, quiet, comes in 2, 3, or 4 pumps, comes in white or black, comes as a "slave unit" if you already have a GHL controller or a "stand alone" unit, the stand alone also has some other functionality to it other than just dosing, works with the GHL magnetic stirrer, and most importantly... their software/firmware is the most robust/stable. No chance of dumping your whole container of alk into the tank overnight.

Don't cheap out when it comes to dosers.
