dosing pumps---using 5 or more pumps

if i wanted to use 5 or more pumps, what would i have to do? do i have to buy two separate units? or is it possible to get an empty shell with just one pump installed and have it run off the "brains" of a regular 4 pump unit, sort of like a master/slave type setup?

Michael, I think his question was if he can control a single pump (without housing) by a 4fold dosing unit

This is not possible because there are only 4 channels to drive the motors, so you need a 4fold and a single doser

what i was actually asking was is the something such as a drone unit that would just be a housing with pumps that ran off the brains (circuitry) of another doing unit. but you guys both answered my question.....in order to run 5 or more pumps i will have to buy two separate dosing units

of course i am getting ahead of myself since my beginner pack still isnt here yet....two weeks and counting :-(
