I have a neon dottyback Paldabraensis and would like to add a redhead dottyback Dilectin in a 180 gallon tank with mostly large wrasses and tangs , will the 2 dottybacks exist with each other or will I end up with a WW 2 situation ?

with that tank size they should coexist without issues. make sure you have plenty of hiding spots within the rock

I have never had one but would like to know if they are jumpers?

I consider ANY fish to be a jumper... My buddy had his male Watanabei jump out and carpet surf and just yesterday I found my sargassum trigger on my tile floor, I was able to save the trigger luckily but that was pure luck (thank you wifey) neither of those fish are jumpers per se but they did

I have a red dotty back that I got when it was about 2 inches. Now it's 10 to 12 inches! It's a monster! The fish is stunning, but it is so nasty. I had to move it to a different tank because it started killing off its tank mates. It killed a large blue chin trigger and a show size lunar wrasse. Now it's in a tank with a nasty niger trigger. It goes after that one, too, but they seem evenly matched.
Anyway, I would NEVER get another dotty back.

Do you have a picture? That's got to be the biggest dottyback ever

I do have some pictures, but I don't know how to post them. I'll have to wait for my kids to come home from school and have them do it for me!

I had a neon dotty back for about a week one time. He killed four cleaner shrimp, after the fourth one I realized what was happening, he would pluck the eyes out and run away.
