double skirted zoas?

Maybe i just never noticed but from what I have seen of my zoas they all have has just one "skirt". Today mine were especially open when I was checking them out w/ a magnifying glass and noticed that it had a secondary skirt under the top one-is this normal? The zoas are green skirted w lite blueish centers.

love to see what your zoas look like. but yes many do have what looks like to be a double skirt.
