Drain flushing

Got 3 durso overflows and 1 emergency overflow pipes are 1 1/2 inches got a panworld external pump not really big so overflow should handlr the volume but the water keeps rising in the overflow box and then drains while making this loud flushing noise and the rises again,only way it stops is to close the valve on the pump almost to have open and waste the pumps output, pump is the panworld nh-100px-x is there a way to stop this and run my pump completely open

Change to a Bean Animal drain it should eliminate the noise & a siphon drain will handle more water.

Are you just using regular pvc for the durso?
I had the same problem and switched to the megaflow by all glass aquarium.
