Dreambox Issue

I am posting to see if Klaus or someone at RE will read and respond to my issue.

I ordered a dreambox and RD 3 pump through PA over 3.5 months ago. I was told it would be about 3 months to get it in from Germany. Well 2 weeks ago, the pump shows up and no dreambox. They contacted RE and was told the dreambox was missed on the order and to get it would be another 3 months. And PA informed me the order is done online so it was overlooked by RE. I was told there were 4 other dreamboxes they had in stock (not the one I originally ordered) that I could possibly get sooner. So I considered that and would do that if it would get here sooner. I wanted skimmer lids for the original order and asked how long it would be to have those added onto a sump that was already built if I went that route. I was informed it would take 2 weeks to have the lid added. Are you kidding me??? With all the pictures posted by RE of skimmer and such on shelves, there is not a skimmer lid in the whole building that can be used for my order. Beyond that it does not take 2 weeks to make a lid on a CNC machine. If it does please correct me.

I want to make it clear I am not upset with PA. They have gone above and beyond to help me with this issue and e-mail me updates daily. I wanted to get some clarification from RE. It seems this issue was caused by a RE mistake and it does not seem like they are willing to step up to the plate to fix it. How about making the dreambox I ordered and not quoting 3 months for it? I've already 3 months. And if you are offering a dreambox that you have already made, don't quote 2 weeks for a lid. I am paying good money for this item and would like to see RE would stand behind their product and give good customer service when a mistake is made on their part.
