drill bit for tank

i need a diamond tip bit for drilling a tank. can i get this at lowes or is this some thing i need to order online. and what are good sites to buy from.

I have order both of mine on ebay for $10 and they have worked fine. Glass-holes.com has them pretty cheap as well.

glassholes.com has free shipping over 10 bucks i think. roland the one u saw on ebay looks like it comes from hong kong longer shipping time.
