Drilling a Tank

I could possibly have a 110 or 120g tank in my hand in the near future. This will be our first SW tank and I would like to have it drilled. Does anyone know where in CT I could have that done and the approximate cost in doing so?

Any help would be great. So far I've not had to ask a single question I haven't been able to find the answer to on this site.

This is a great site with so much information I'm glad I was pointed to it.

Thanks

Carrie

ya I would like a answer for this as well...... I would love to know if there are places that can do this, or if there is a way of doing it yourself

I grew up in Vernon. I still go there to visit family now and then.

Check with your local reef club. A Google search pulled up this one.

You can also check with the local glass shops.

You can do it yourself. Its not really difficult. You need the right bit. there are a couple of threads on the DIY forum that how how to do it.

Thanks!! I have a very handy husband that could do that. He does everything else why not that. Of course I'm not going to try it in a brand new tank but maybe a used one.

Thanks a bunch.
