Drilling Deep Dimension tanks

Can these tanks be drilled on the back walls? Also can they be tipped onto the front for easier drilling? Finally does anyone know of a good drill guide? I don't want to do a tank this expensive free hand... TIA

I found out that there are no tempered panels, but what about the rest? Also anyone know what size bulkheads it takes? I've found people saying 1" and some saying 1.25"...
