Drilling holes in my 200 Gallon

Hello folks, it's CHUNKY again.

Well, I've finally found something I feel could lead to something bold and beautiful! A 20 year old Acrylic tank with a blue back! Ah ... 200 gallons of aged beauty, with the emphasis on aged. It does bow slightly in the front but is nevertheless a very solid tank, no leaks!

My question is this:

I need to drill some holes in this big guy because it doesn't have
any overflows setup and this is going to be my reef tank. So
where do I start drilling and how big do I make the holes?

Is there any risk of jeopardizing the structural integrity of this
old guy by doing so? Will I need some sort of bracing to help
with this?

It's 72" x 24" x 30" Tall. It looks to be just slightly thicker than 1/2" if not that.

I have (1) 100 gallon acrylic tank I'm going to use as a sump, (4) 55 gallon acrylic tanks for my RO/DI reserve, Frag Tank, Fuge, and breeder.

I believe I'm just going to go with the old dual overflow "boxes" 1 in each corner ( an idea borrowed from my local retail store front). Using powerheads to generate the flow from one end to the other, and up and down throughout the tank. Single return via a center mounted spray bar to provide dispersement throughout the tank.

Any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated!

thanks all,
Homer
