Drilling set-up tank

Anyone ever drilled a tank that was already set-up and running? I have a 90 that i went sumpless when i started 2 years ago or so and I now want to drill and add an overflow and a sump. Anyone around here do this or have advice? I am a little concerned about doing this.

You should be concerned. This is almost, quite possibly the worst idea I have ever heard.

Try it. I've read others posts from folks who did it without issues. Biggest problem seems to be keeping the saw wet since your working vertically.
