im looking at this 265g tank only thing is it isnt drilled n the guy doesnt kno if its tempered or not... what are the chances of it being tempered? ima call him back right now n see if he knows what brand it is ... im tryin to see if its worth it or not but $600 for a 265g tank and stand doesnt seem to bad, let me kno what u guys think :D

oh yea and i asked if theres a sticker that says "tempered" n he said no... i kno that doesnt mean much but the bottom of my 125g has that sticker on it and my 55g also has one that say "all tempered"

anyone have a clue? id really like to call him back to set sumthing up but dont wanna waste my money if i cant drill it

hey illal i have a killer deal for you pm me your number bro its about a 225 gallon tank for 200 with stand and canopy o and its acrylic with no scratches

I had the same problem with my tank. The only way I figured it out for sure was to contact the guy who built it.

i think ima just go with this other tank since its already drilled, its a few hundred more and doesnt come with a stand but its a 300g RR :p

Hey illal, usually, tempered glass will have a green tint to it. The tint is from the tempering. Also i know that if there is any chips or cracks in the glass it is not tempered otherwise it would have shattered right away. Also, tap it. Tempered glass makes a different sound than non-tempered.
