how hard is it and where do most of you get your bits from. i need a 1.5 hole and a 2inch hole. lowes and home depot gave me a wood hole saw bit and i gave it back to them and said try it on your own glass. the lfs can do it but not for cheap. any tips would be great. I have a 75 gallon...drilling the back and one of the sides. the side is not tempered already checked.

They show a vid on how to do it too. Drilled 2 holes in 3/8" glass pretty easily.

It seems pretty scary upfront but it really is pretty easy. I drilled eight 2" holes in my 90gal. Search youtube. THere are lots of videos there as well to build your confidence.
