I FOUND THE MOTHER LODE!!

I stopped by the Sears Hardware store tonight, the one in that plaza across the street from the Newark Library, for some muratic acid, and VOILA! They have about 6 pallets of 50 pound bags of MAG FLAKE!!

A few bags inside on the shelf and the "LODE" outside in the garden section. Haven't checked the HD or Lowes to see if they got some this week, but that's where you can get some DEAD SEA WORKS MAG FLAKE ... right now.

Soooo.... Time to Flake Out!

I checked Depot and Lowes on 13 this week, and no dice... It looks like Sears is the place this year...E

I checked the HD in Aberdeen ,MD with no luck this week either, but we have a Sears Hardware close to work, I'll check today.

ok guys tell me what you think.
I have been having a problem with my MG. All of my other levels are good and I am running a CA reactor and Kalk reactor. My Mg is 900-1000 and I m not sure why. I think I may have something in the tank that is really sucking it up. I have a product that I have used in the past that is simular to dolamite that you had to the top of your Ca reactor Ca media. This does not seem to keep up with the demand for Mg in my tank. Any ideas?

I didn't see Dow calcium chloride. But they did have Dow magnesium chloride hexahydrate which is what I needed. I got the prestone driveway heat for the calcium chloride. They still had plenty.

Anyone seen the 50lb bags of Driveway Heat yet?? I NEED SOME BAAADD... Id rather by the 50lbs then several jubs from walmart.

havent seen 50lb bags of driveway heat, but I have seen C-force(same stuff) at lowes and depot. Ken, I and others have used this with success.

sweet i saw the C force stuff and swore people had used it.. i asked Randy Holmes Farley and he said he couldnt comment on it ill shoot ken an email.

Ive used C-FORCE for 3 years now. and so have many others. I haven't heard of any problems with it. In fact I'm stocked with another 50 pound bag for this year.
