Ok i got some zoas that took a week to open, now they look droopy, as if the sheath around them wont tighten up. They came from a tank with 400W 20k metal halides so I don't think its light shock, though they did open better under just actinics the first couple of days they 'peeked' What could cause this? my other zoa frags look great!

looks like they're reaching for a light source, what lights do you have? and what type of flow are they in?

sundial 48" VO and they are just a couple inch away from the stream of a mj1200 with sure flow, im building a sump with a good outputs so my flow with be turbulent and more even, just got this tank up and running a couple months ago then decided I want a sump :p SO i dont have the best flow

looks like zoas acclimating. I've found that Ive had better luck placed on a frag rack through this process. I've had problems with zoas that are acclimating being attacked at night by pods. That is exactly what they used to look like before I started using a rack.
