dropped my 5017

Dropped about 3 feet, now both the too high and too low are lit. Is there anyway to salvage this?

I wouldn't expect dropping it to cause that issue, that usually indicates the board got wet. If the water damage is minor it could be repaired, I would just have to see what has happened.

Is there any other info I could provide? It was working before it fell and it landed on dry concrete. What is the process for sending it in?

Usually water damage is subtle a drop gets in around the sensor connections or the power inlet, it is not impossible it is something else but I have never heard of this happening and I know I have dropped my home unit many times over the years.
