dry skin?

I posted a couple weeks ago about my 2 fairy wrasses i have in QT right now.. they seem to be doing fine. but..

I have lately notice one of them has blotchy, irratated, dry skin.

Im thinking maybe it was the medicine i was using? i dosed "ich-attack" for a week and a 1/2.

could this be something else or maybe symptoms of ich...

i jused did a %50 water change today and added carbon back into my power filter. maybe that ill help..

i have also started feeding them home-made food with shrimp, clams, scallops, garlic, and nori.

any help would be greatly aprreciated.
