DSPS tank from Thailand (1000 gallon+)

Chingchai, Do you perhaps have access to the high resolution originals of these pics? They are extremely complimentary to your original vision only better!!!! One way or another I am going to see your tanks in person.

Have you modified your lighting array from your original plan for your main display tank?

Peter

I will provide hi-res pics soon as the files of these pics are still with my friend.
Peter. I look forward to seeing you as well.

No, I didn't do any modification of my lighting. It is just the way my friend did on photoshop.

Yesterday I got new fishes from LFS.
Mitratus Butterfly x 3

Bimaculatus Anthias x 2 (pair)

I already put them in my QT tank.
I will wait to check their condition for six weeks.
If everything looks okay, I then will introduce them to my main tank.
Finger crossed.

Good luck with your new fish. Would be a good idea to treat the bflys with prazi as they sometimes come in having internal "worms". What other fish are on your radar to add to the display in the future?

Chingchai, can you tell me how you run your Vortech in your sofite tank as seen on your video? I'm having a hard time setting mine like that. Thank you!

I think the reason the wave is like that because the tank is kind of cube shape.
If you use pulse mode in a cube shape tank, you will definitely get that kind of wave.

Hi Chingchai ,,,

Can you tell why if i bring new SPS coral its change to brown and after months it return to original colors ? and you bring new SPS corals to your tank and you keep colors without any change ?

Are those butterflies reefsafe, very beautiful fish.
Also are you running the salinity in Your Quarantine aquarium the same as the main display?

myerst2. Thanks for your tip.
There are plenty of fishes I'd like to add in this tank.
I will keep you posted.

Some of my new SPS did turn brown after putting in the tank.
The reason that most of them stay in the original color is the size of my tank.
Bigger is always better.

Well, let's just say they are almost reefsafe.
I did put some LPS in the QT tank to check their behavior.

The salinity and temperature is almost the same level.
