DSPS tank from Thailand (1000 gallon+)

With all the pumps in the tank are you getting the flow you want? I can't imagine what it takes to get that much water moving around. Everything looks great.

I may have missed it in one of the earlier posts, but are you breaking down your other tank and moving it all to this one or are you keeping it as well?

that is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo awesome!!

it really looks like the tank is floating!!!

extraordinary tank!! your level of design and execution is unparalled.. i will continue to follow along.. again as its been said many time before.

Small cooler for serving you guys.

Hello Ching,

Believe me when I say that us, mere spectators from this side of the screen, share that feeling too.

I really don´t know what to say more that hasn´t already been said so I´ll just say this: congratulations on a project well thought and well set up. I really like the hardscape and the coral placement, as well as the fish school you have chosen.

Like others, I´ll continue to follow this amazing thread and hope that this tank will turn even more beautiful and breathtaking as your last projects as well as if I ever go to Thailand, I´ll go visit you with a nicely aged bottle of Porto and see that piece of reef personally.

Please, keep us posted and thanks for sharing.

Regards,
André

André,
I could not agree more. This whole journey has been a spectator sport with almost a religious quality, observing a higher standard for our hobby presented by a man who is on auto pilot!!! I don't think Chingchai is capable of doing anything less. We are all fortunate that he chose this discipline to direct his passion and not golf......although the match with Tiger would be worth the price of admission.

On the other hand Ching, a '63 port would be more than enough reason to compromise your values. Let me know if you come over to the dark side and I will be there with glass in hand .............

Peter

what do you do for a living? and what was the cost of the entire setup?

That's not important, nor any of our business. If you read more of the thread, you'll find the answer to at least one of those questions...

I look forward to seeing those corals settle in and add a little growth in the tank. Looks great Chingchai!

Bad Boy! Down!
Now that's like asking a woman her age and weight. Don't question nor ponder. Simply marvel at the fact that it is there and that we are privileged enough to be allowed to share in the extraordinary adventure.
:bounce3:

I must say the aquascaping is superb (as well as everything else of course!). I love the openness and the fact that it is very wall organized/executed.

When are the center-piece fish going in?

Answer 1) For a living Chingchai keeps dreaming awake every day..the hole day.

Answer 2) The total cost was just one constant effort to make just one simple dream come true.

Any more questions?

Love the beer cooler. Love the new tank pictures. I think I love you. I'm getting into the fruit distribution business asap.

Excellent, and I will have some fine British Stilton, Australian apricots and last but not least Brazil nuts!!!! OK, OK perhaps a Canadian Russett apple in Ching's honour.

'63 Port.............imagine the possibilities!

Peter

Ching, the tank is honestly beyond my abilities to adequatly describe. I am so very much impressed with your achievement. My intuition suggests you are too.........
