I like the new bulbs much better, you do not see the ''blue'' tint throughout the tank, much more natural look.
Did you remove any fish from the display tank?
Chingchai, do you add any trace elements??
hi ching, may i know the brand of your old bulbs & was it 20k? thanks
I like the look of your new lights very much Chingchai. I have also a strong preference for the 14.5 K bulb from an aesthetic point of view. It will be interesting to get your feed back on any changes in coral growth rate after six months.

No, I didn't.
What a great fish!
So how are the rest of the fish doing? and how about a new fish video we can drool over???
You are never adding trace elements, for example strontium?
So you just keep everything under control by water changing?
Not easy with such a large water volume!
The golden hawkfish is wonderful!! Are you sure he wont eat the peppermint and cleaner shrimps though?
He does look small though in relation to the coral. your aquarium is truly an inspiration!
may i know where you ordered your coralvue? thanks
All i can say is this thread is amazing! I think pictures dont do justice so ill just have to come and see for myself : )
Hard to believe that you can improve the look, but you did!!! As Always, incredible!!!!!
