I have a brand new dual 70 watt HQI DE with a dual ballast, reflectors, UV glass and 2 x 10K bulbs. Plug and Play system. Everything is brand new only fired up for a few minutes. This is the link where I got it from:

This set up was bought for my frag tank, but never have a chance to set it up.

are the lights little pendants or reflectors? I thought they looked like pendants but they look more like reflectors for a retro fit...
