the clownfish of the variety Onyx are only True perculas o there some varietiy the gene ocelaris and if so what is the difference between them

True Black onyx clowns are perculas.

I don't quite understand the question, but onyx are percula and ocellaris is a completely different species. There's no mixing involved to create onyx perculas. They're just a variety that is very melanistic.
