The stand is L60.375" x W36.5" x H35.25". After measuring tank dimensions, I constructed the stand 1/8" larger in length and width to allow for later trim work, albeit further down the road. It was also overbuilt with excessive wood and pocket hole joinery, but that ensures piece of mind. Lumber is cheap.
The paint is nothing fancy, just an interior semi-gloss to seal the wood up. Really, unless you have an enclosed humid environment, interior paint will work fine.

Well this past weekend my brother and I finally started the transition from the 300 gallon stock tank to two 40 gallon breeder tanks. One of the breeder tanks will be used exclusively as a frag tank lit by its own 250W MH (to be installed in the next few days). The second breeder houses the heaters, auto top off and will serve the normal sump functions. A couple photos I took tonight after we got it back up and running are below. Still a few small things to do (including some clean up).
The frag tank portion of the sump is officially up and running. We have started to move our frag "overflow" from the tank down to the frag tank to grow them out / sell. The bulb is one of the first we had for the tank and more "natural light" looking than the Radium's on the display. I go back and forth on whether to put a Radium over the frag area as well.

Looking great. You did not mention a floor drain. You might want to consider putting a bulkhead overflow on that rubbermaid tub going to a drain. Also it looks like that tub is sitting directly on the concrete floor, this winter alot of heat will go out the bottom, maybe you could add a sheet of foam underneath. You could also consider making it to where your skimmer would over flow back into the tub if it overflowed. Also, 15 dollar flood alarm is money well spent.Just some thoughts on flooding. Something I don't like to think about, but I have ruined a couple of floors etc : )
The large tub has been removed and two 40 breeders have replaced it. Ya, flooding is not fun at all!
I actually sold the Kessil a few months back. I liked the small footprint and powerful package, but didn't have a need for it anymore. I would be curious to see the new A350.

I think you mean the A360s.
There is actually an A350, A350W, A360 and A360W. The 360's are dimmable and the W is wider spread. Either way, seeing the performance of either is intriguing.
