dumb ? of day - probe holders Trigger Systems Ruby / Apex Probes

I have a trigger systems ruby sump. How do I secure my apex probes in the "hole" that is the probe holder. Most 3rd party probe holders include a screw to apply pressure to hold inplace but the built in probe holder doesn't include this (I don't seem to see how the built in probe holder is of any use without something to provide tension, am I missing a part??

I have a Trigger Systems Emerald sump. What I did was place a zip tie around
the probe to keep it from sliding thru.
But yes, the probe holder could have been made a little better to hold the probes.
