Duncan care.

What would be the best way to care for a Duncan in terms of lighting, flow, feeding, parameters and anything else you all can think of.

Thinking about getting one so I just thought I'd get some advice. Thanks.

i have one in my 29g biocube. this tank has MH lighting. the duncan is on the sand bed, low/medium flow. i target feed it with mysis, brine shrimp on friday because friday is junk food day at my house, and pretty much everything else i feed. i use a syringe and squirt it into the middle. i've had it for several months, started with 3 head and now has 7.

i don't have any recent pics but here it is under the actinics.

and right after being fed.

I have my duncans under a reef breeder LED lighting system, they are on my rocks just like most everything else, I don't target feed them but they do catch their own brine shrimp and I feed zoo plan every couple of days and they seem to really like that. They like medium flow in my tank and are almost always fully extended. Good luck!

Mine were growing fine under regular fluorescent lighting and now are under reef breeders LEDs still halfway up in the tank and growing nicely, I target feed my tank 2 times a week.
