Duncan melting

I had just purchased a 5 headed duncan frag on Friday and it opened up the first day and took mysis. Then come Sunday I moved it to another spot and today discovered that one head is melting away. This isn't contagious to other lps is it? Any treatments I can do or anything.

If its prett apparent that head will die...frag it below where the stalk flesh looks alive.....when I frag mine usually within a month a new head has started to grow....however if a head dies I have never had a head grow in its place.....

I've never tried that, I'll watch and try it if necessary

Cut it off. It may have a brown jelly infection which may spread to the other heads or elsewhere.
