Durasa placement?

lighting is good. should i put my Durasa on the sand bed directly or on a solid substrate?

For a deresa, you might want to bury a flat rock or surface under it, so that it's foot doesn't attach to the bottom glass when you might want to move him or sell him or something.

thanks, i guess i need to change my profile. i changed my tank to DSB from BB where i had the clam before. so on the DSB or a rock?

yeah I always put Derasa on the DSB no problems after many years. Well maybe one problem some sand sifting gobies like to dump sand on clams, that is the only thing I have ever found to be bad about clams on the sand. I just think they look best down there IMO.

They do best on the sand. They don't really attach to rock work too well.
