Dutch Royalty Reef

I got today some good news from the shop. My Royal Exclusive pipe arrived. Also he informed me that the background arrived in the shop. So when I come home from vacation I can change all my piping and place my background and make the last piping for my chiller.

I ordered as wel a new pump red dragon mini speedy 3 7000lph from royal exclusive and a flow meter from GHL profilux to arrange the correct flow for the return pump.

I added a photo how the piping looks like from royal exclusive to give you an idea.

This is going to be gorgeous. Following along. What a great build. I'll bet the reef stores in the Netherlands are great. Are they? Never thought to check them out when I was there.

Thank you, for me it is different because I live in Istanbul because of my work. So to get equipments I need to contact supleiers directly or go to one off the best LFS stores here in Istanbul. And of coirse I have my connections in Holland who can send me the needed dequipment or supplements.

I bought yesterday some new towels "nice red" to stay in my red and white style in the sump as so far it is possible. The one reaction of my wife asking if I had all my cells in my head straight...

Today I finished my electrical diagram of my connections in my tank. This will hang in the door of my electrical compartment.

I evaluated what I still have to do before starting the tank.
Monday I have to change my piping in the sump from grey to royal exclusive white and red. The pipe and connections arrived.
Placing my background of the tank. This background is easy to take away for easy cleaning of my windows. And the print is made to make more depth in the tank.
Grey pvc lines for my water chiller what also arrived yesterday. It is an aquamedic titan 1500 who has to do the job. This will be grey pvc because you will not see it in the sump area but it will be behind the stand. The last part in the stand will be done with royal exclusive piping.
Monday I will start to fill the tank with osmosis water until the overflow. This will take one or two days. Than I mix the salt in the tank and let this run one day to clear up. When this is done we will place the rock (Fiji branch) and do the aqua shaping when I am satisfied with the scape I will ad my live sand. Than I can see how much water went to the sump because of the volume of the rock and sand. The rest of water what is missing will be filled up and than time to to start the whole system. And test everything of water level by closing the system and starting to have not a wet floor.
When this is done it is waiting and cycling the tank for the time it needs.
