Looks kind of familiar. That's no C. multicolor guys... well... 50% multicolor... and no interrupta or nahackyi in it...
look at a C. hotumatu , then look at the C. ferrugata. looks like a hybrid of these
Looks to be a C. multicolor/ C. ferrugata cross, which is entirely possible...
hotumatua ranges nowhere near Cebu in the Philippines and this is thus an impossibility, as is nahackyi...

Here is a picture of the fish provided by the owner of the store (Ocean Gallery II in northern NJ) and his description:
This came from the Phillipines as a multicolor, but I think this it's a hybrid Dusty x Flame or Dusty x Multicolor or maybe it's a lost juv Nahacky (extremely doubtful.)
No I did not buy the fish, the last multicolor I had destroyed my SPS and he was removed. The shepardi/false shepardi is doing just fine with corals, so I don't want to jinx myself.
Agree, I have seen juvenile C. nahackyi and they don't look like that, and as Copps says, their range is way too far away. Whoever ends up with this fish let me know, I want tissue samples! That is the only way to confirm.
Can you put up a photo of the juv nahackyi
I didn't photograph the juvi, only the adult:
