Dwarf angels and Tiger sponge

Just wondering if anyone here has had their tiger sponge eaten by their angels.
I have a couple of nicely growing tiger sponges, and plan to get a Golden and Venustus.

If your sponge is what I just googled, I wouldn't risk it - that sponge looks amazing! Give us a pic ;)

I wouldn't worry about it. I've had an array of dwarfs and sponges and I've never seen them take any interest at all. I think large angels may be more of a risk.

The viability of the sponge (if it's what I think it is) will depend on other things. They're very hard to keep long term.

I have about 4 different varities of sponges growing extremely well in my tank. With 2 Goldens, 3 Venustus, 2 MultiBar, a multicolor, a flame, 2 flamebacks, a bellus, a gold flake and a red sea regal the sponges are growing at a faster rate than they are being consumed.

Several of the sponges have started growing from out of the darkness and into the open water, and I don't see any nibbling of significance going on.

Wow - what an awesome collection of Angels!

thanks to everyone else for their input. I have the sponge in two places in the tank, and just keep my fingers crossed.
Waiting on new lights - don't worry, i'm NPS so for a while ambient lighting won't bother anyone - but look forward even more to posting photos of the angels when I finally get them!
