Dwarf Angels

I have a 300 gallon marineland tank. I would like to add the following dwarf angels at the same time. Bi Colored, Flame, Coral Beauty and the Red Stripe. I have read many thread with different opinions. Has anybody had any luck.

I have 3 in my 240. Flame, Multicolor, Potters. I don't have any problems with aggression. I just believe they have so much space to themselves. I don't see a problem with adding them at the same time. If they are all eating you can supplement some algae for them (Nori and/or Spriulina Flakes) until the tank get matures.

Great question. I wonder the same thing. I have a 40 gallon quarantine tank. Any suggestions on how to quarantine.

IMO/E Eibli can get aggressive with other dwarfs, and Bicolor don't always have a great survival record.

If they only do well in a mature tank, how do they do in QT before going to the tank?

IMO... 'Doing well in a mature tank' refers to long term success... A lot of fish can survive for weeks, even if they're not eating, which is something that can be addressed while in QT.
IMO/E Potters angel is a fish that can often survive for months in a tank and then suddenly die for no obvious reason, despite eating and seeming to 'do well'

This is true, my Potters angel just started eating. First time I have seen him eat in 2.5 months. He is only eating Nori which is a start. So hopefully he will last a little longer.

When I purchase my dwarf angels do I quarantine them all at the same time in my 40 gallon breeder. How do you recommend that I quarantine them?

IMO, it starts by buying ones that looks healthy and are eating already. I have had luck with Dwarfs, except for my Potters with fresh clams to trigger a eating response.

I keep a small full reef running as my QT for tricky fish like leopard wrasse and some dwarf Angels. I currently have flame, Eibli, potters and LemonPeel in my 265. They generally tolerate each other, but I'd not have had success with either the potters or LemonPeel without the aforementioned QT. Potters grazes the rocks almost continuously and my LemonPeel was a royal pain to get eating.
