Dwarf lions and flow/turnover rates

So I'm planning a new system. Still getting quotes back on a custom 36x24x24 tank and if that ends up being out of my budget I'll end up with a Marineland 93 gallon cube.

Planned stock is;
Dwarf fuzzy Lionfish
Dwarf zebra or Mombassa lionfish
Hawaiian Lionfish

Possibly other tankmates would be a Tomini or Kole tang and either a Tahitian or Atlantic longnose butterflyfish. I had thought about a Flame Hawk and a Coral beauty but I think they might end up on the menu at some point because of their body shape.

Cuc will be; tigertail cuke, tropical abalone, fuzzy chiton, chestnut turbo, tuxedo urchin, fighting conch added when/if they seem like the system will support them.

My question is regards to flow. As lions are sedentary and don't like tons. I was thinking of doing dual smaller pumps(one for each return nozzle). I like the redundancy but mostly it's so that I can get the correct flow through the chiller(250-315). I'll be dealing with less than 6ft(maybe less than 5) of head loss. Two Sicci syncra 2.0 seemed about right. Also debating about a Bubble Magnus curve 5 for skimming.

I think this flow rate through the sump should be fine. I also don't think I'm in any danger of blasting the lions around the tank. My concern now is in tank flow. Normally I would just add some powerheads, but I'm worried about how much will be too much.

Any thoughts?
