Ok so im looking into dwarf seahorses and have read that they need to be fed live food Nd was wondering if it is possibe to train them on frozen? Or if tank raised would be better to get to eat frozen

Tank raised are just plain best to buy anyway.
While there have been claims that some dwarfs eat frozen foods, there isn't any documentation of successful keeping with anything more than occasional frozen with enriched ongrown bbs as the staple food.
For me, it's not worth the effort cleaning the tank so much if I try to use anything frozen in my dwarf tanks.
With standard seahorses, frozen mysis is the way to go for the staple food, with enriched adult brine once or twice a week to boost the nutrient profiles.
seahorsesource.com and seahorsecorral.com both sell captive bred dwarfs.

yea, they wont eat it unless it moving.

i did try feeding cyclopeeze with the water currents on, on did eat it, but spit it out.

Enriched BBS are easy to hatch, and you can buy decapsulated eggs from livebrineshrimp.com if you don't want to remove the shell yourself.

Just in case someone gets confused here, you can't hatch "enriched" brine shrimp.
First you sterilize the cysts or decap them, and then hatch them out.
After hatching, you grow them out for a day to get them to the 2nd instar stage where then can begin eating.
Siphon off what you need, rinse them and put them in new salt water with new enrichment like Dan's Food (from seahorsesource.com).
They have a reasonable enrichment after 12 hours, but for best results, rinse them again after that 12 hour period and put them in new salt water and new enrichment again for another 12 hours.
Rinse and add to the tank.
