Ok so My shipment of dwarfs are coming in on monday. I Hatched some brine do i need to let them grow before i feed it to them or are the tiny tiny freshly hatched ones the ones i feed them? I can barley see the brine how will they be able to see them?

Help please =D

Hi Mike,
Yes feed them the newly hatched artemia. H zosterae also love copepods. Providing a variety in their diet is very beneficial to good health.

Seahorses have extremely good eyesight and will have no problem seeing the food.

H zosterae are really a sweet little species. Have fun.:)

I work at Coral Reef Shop. I pay Cost on everthing. there cheap and coming straight to me from florida

If you are not using a vessel that allows you to drain the debree from the bottom, you can use either a siphon or brine shrimp net to harvest the live.
The newly hatched artemia are attracted to light so just shine a light where you want to remove them and they will swim to the light.

ive tried siphoning them and i keep getting eggs in the syringe because some eggs are floating and some sink. When it comes time to feed the horses i dont want to be putting eggs in the tank. only live brine.
