Commonly Known as the Rock anemone or Flower anemone, From the western atlantic. (Epicystis crucifer)

Is this anemone Propagatable? (sp*)
if so, how? and what methods are best? thank you!

Also in terms of compatibilty are there any issues with this anemone being stung? or stinging someone else nearby? (zoas, palys, rics, leathers?) or any bad interactions? thank you!

Yes. They can be propagated sexually. The males release sperm, and the females extend their mouths, in what appears to be an attempt to capture it. The female will release very tiny offspring that settle quickly and begin to grow. I've only had it take place once in my system, and all of the offspring resembled the female. I've always wanted to collect some of the more colorful ones and set up a breeding system. With them going for 60 to 70 bucks, it may be worth it.

Here's one of my males spawning.

They do pack a powerful sting, but once they find a hole to anchor their foot in, they don't move much. IMHO, they make good reef tank inhabitants. They just use their sting to keep other critters from overgrowing them.

Pacific East Aquaculture sells their's for about $70 even $80!I think propapagateing them would be totaly worth it!
