E26 to E39 Converter

Stupid me purchased a 175W MH bulb with a E26 Base. I found a converter online that will allow me to use this bulb in my mogul base. Just wondering if anyone knows if these are available locally so I do not have to wait for it to ship?

Never mind I found the converter at Frost Electric In Maryland Heights. They are under 4$ if anyone else finds themselves in my predicament. Now lets just hope this bulb is worth all this trouble and actually looks nice.

Has anyone had any experiences with Ebay bulbs? I thought I saw a thread somewhere that the person said they looked great. I think they said the bulb didn't last quite as long as the name brand bulbs but for the price it would still be cheaper to replace this bulb twice in 9 months then 1x for the name brands.

Yeah I bought a 175 watt SE 14K bulb from trust deals and I love it. I think the corals like it better than the 10K XM too. The bulb I bought though was a normal base bulb and fit right in the mogul socket I got from hellolights.

After I realized what I did ordering the medium base bulb I ordered a mogul base bulb like you mentioned. It has not arrived yet but I will be interested to see what they look like side by side. So far the one that I got today works great with the adapter but it seems more purple than blue. I am not sure what the burn in will do to it though. I hope it gets more of a blue ting to it. With the Actinics on it is not really noticeable but with them off it is a little weird looking.
