I am getting these eagles on the Mississippi River, there are lots of birds all over the place.

whats AV mode and AI servo?

AV Mode= Aperture Priority Mode

AI Servo = Focuses and locks on moving objects while the shutter is halfway depressed.

Thanks , shot with my 500MM and my 40D... is a 1.6 crop camera ...gives me 800MM

Great shot!!!! Was out near Galena last year around this time and the eagles were everywhere along the Mississippi. Great place to go see them around this time of year. Very majestic
