Earlei Wrasse a Reality

They look right at home Jim. Very happy to see. as I'm sure you are and all the anxiety is gone. I'm way jealouse. LOL

I'll let you feed them when you cruise through town, although I will be checking your pockets as you leave. I still panic a little everytime I dont see them swimming around in the open.

That way I have time to line my pockets with plastic. LOL:lolspin:

great to see them happy and doing well.

awesome pictures ! thanks for sharing with us .i wish i could find one of them much less two.

I heard a rumor that house of fins had some for there open house last weekend. Dont know if it true. I am working on some other crazy wrasses, not sure if theres any reality to it, but if so...........

I thought I would update everyone. Its been nearly 3 months since they arrived in Nebraksa. The tiny femal has about doubled in size but has not changed her markings at all, the other female or sub male also has gotten a little larger and the male has really beefed up and is a little bigger but much fatter than when he forst arrived. They get along fine with the other tankmates, Johnsoni and Rhomboids. I have some other wrasses in route and I plan to shoot a video of each of the species of wrasses I have. At last count I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 wrasses that represent 15 different varieties. I am very excited about my future additions. They have made the trip safely from Japan to Hawaii yesterday and some time next week they will head over to Nebraska.

Thanks for the update. I've been quietly tagging along and have added your name to the list of people with C. earlei I am now stalking :)

This is an exciting thread with lots of tasty morsels for wrasse lovers.

Better keep both eyes open Jim. I'm sure you have quite a few stalkers watching you buy all these crazy wrasses. LOL
