Easiest coral

Softies, zoas and mushrooms. However, I quickly traded out my softies for LPS after a few months. Much more colorful, lots of variety and relatively easy to keep. Softies do spit at times which can harm others so best to run activated carbon if you're keep a few of them.

Which ones out of those require the least amount of light and flow?

Check out liveaquaria.com. They have specs on all corals. Have a look at their 'beginner coral' page.

I would say it depends on your setup but in general mushrooms, zoas, and GSP are on the easy side. I have had issues in the past with xenia and Kenya trees.

Placement in the tank can make a big difference as well. Most things won't want to be placed right in front of a powerhead or under a rock:)
