The only one I know of that could be loosely called "easy to keep" would be a condy. The reality is none of them are easy to keep, correct feeding, light, water, environment, etc. is essential for all of them.
If you are looking for non hosting anemone, I would say that the most forgiving anemone is the maxi-mini carpet anemones (Stichodactyla tapetum). They stay pretty small and come in many different colors and patterns. They can survive under power compact lighting and mine at least has not moved or wandered around
