Easiest way to remove unwanted zoas?

So I'm trying to get more diversity in zoas since I seem to be able to grow then well enough. I have one particular type that has taken over much of the rockwork in the tank. I would like to remove them from a number of the rocks to make room for new zoas. What is the easiest way to remove these, taking into account I'm not fragging, just removing?

Get a fresh(or non-rusted) 1" chizel, and grind them off. I do this to get trim back GSP weekly.

I have never tried this, but what about joe's juice?

I know you're not into fragging them, but if you use a scaple and are able to get some of the rock underneath some of the mats, you could sell/trade the frags for zoas you don't have. We're getting ready to undergo the process of minimizing our zoa collection. Good luck with whatever you do!!

P.S. I just don't like the idea of removing them and throwing them in the trash since they are living beings. I guess I just have a soft heart for corals. :)

Hey send me your unwanted zoas...
Seriously, I don't like to ship any thing, but to
at lease give them a fighting chance. I'd pay for
the shipping and any supplies needed to ship them.

Thanks
Mel
