Actually he's hanging around my giant Clam. Thinking of getting. Bubble tip. Or a cheap pink tip anemone(the white bodied one). Will the clown like em? Easy care? Would be my first anemone.

56 gallon with 20 gallon sump. 6 bulb 24 watt Sunpower.

You might need some stronger lights if you go with the bubble tip. Mine hated me until I upgraded to Kessils.

36x18x21 high. It's an ATI 6 bulb. 24inch fixture. Should have gotten longer 4 bulb. But I guess I have nice low light on edges.

Lighting should be ok for BTA, I had some in a 29g with only 4 tube 24" fixture. Positioned himself between 1/2 and 3/4 level in the tank and stayed there until I moved to another tank.

Never had one go in the sand always somewhere on the rockwork, at what level seems dependent on the anemone, I've had them settle closer to the bottom but still in the rockwork to all the way on top of the rockwork. Generally they like to find a spot with a crevice to plant their foot.

Your lights are fine for a BTA. I had mine under 4 T5's ina 56 gallon tall and they did great. Also, I kept a LTA in that same tank. All very happy.
The LTA will want a dsb. The BTA live in the rock work.
