if you have a jigsaw, some molding, four hinges, two magnetic closures, two handles and an imagination (and a big 'ole tarp for the tank).....you can do this. lol
Shawna you can get the scraper at sears, they are about $25 bucks I think. Don't leave them near the tank though because the rust quickly.
It's real easy to add them, even with the tank running. I can toss up some pictures of mine if you want. Well heck Kat's seen mine she could tell you how it works too....

I backed my 60 tall fresh water w/ auto tint x2.
my sw backs up to my work area -I removed the standard fish tank backing-blue one side black on the other and am enjoying seeing the tank from all sides-even though the back is full of wires and tubes etc.
goes on easy and is not perm.
