what is the easiest method to use carbon in my system?? In a filter sock? inbetween my baffels?? I have no idea!!!!

it usually comes with a mesh bag. I usually put it in my Hang on Filter. Behind the filter pad. My brother uses an old filter pad and dumps the old carbon from it cleans it real good and fils it up with new carbon... thats pretty much it.

As long as there is constant water flow through the carbon it should do the trick. He uses the Carbon Zolite mix. I dont know what the Zoelites (sorry if Im spelling it horribly wrong) do but Its the smae one I use. It keeps my water crystal clear... ah and lots of skimming.

Just put it in a mesh bag in a high flow area of your tank. It works best if you can actually force water to flow through the bag.

I run it 24/7 use about 1/2 a cup of carbon per ten gallons of water, put it in a mesh bag, rinse it very well before placing it in a high flow area of your sump/fuge

easiest way and most effecient way is to use a media reactor like the 2little fishies one and instead of phosphate remover use carbon.
