Easy ways to feed bottom fish?

I have a pair of diamond gobies in a 135 gallon tank (plus a yellow tang). I was just curious how other people feed their bottom-orientated fish. I used to feed them spectrum pellets in a jar because the current in my tank quickly blows away all the food otherwise. But now after recently adding the tang the gobies will not have anything to do with the jar.

Any ideas/suggestions/experiences welcome.

Thanks!

Basically its a long turkey baster that is used to spot feed corals or deliver food to your bottom feeders.

I have a pair of Diamond Gobies. I really dont do anything special for them. I feed the tank, they come and eat. If they dont get enough, they sift the sand to fill up. Since they have grown well, and spawn every few weeks, I'm pretty sure they're doing fine.

I feed them the same way as all of my other fish. Put the food in front of a powerhead and it goes everywhere.

I have a watchman goby that doesn't even come out during feeding time, yet he continues to stay alive in the tank so he is obviously getting some sort of food. An easy way to get some food to the bottom might be to use pellets. They tend to sink a lot faster than other types of food.
