EB8 lost communication and "hiccups"

Hi all,

I think my EB8 has died. I noticed this weekend while away for Easter that my Apex was drawing 0 amps. When I got back to my office, everything was on, but I was getting the blinking amber light. It is also kind of hiccuping, so to speak. It kind of stutters every 3 seconds or so. Its very strange. I've tried power cycling and unplugging/plugging in.

Any thoughts? I think I'm probably going to have to send it in.

Well, I emailed Neptune. Hopefully I'll get a response soon. I don't really think there's anything that I can do personally.
