Eb8

I had EB8 use almost 1 year
some how last plug(8) something wrong . clicking sound from EB8
so I replace with new EB8

can some one tell me how to install new EB8?

I had use EB4-8
but with new replace looks like EB3-8 works
I didnt use it before
ok long story short

I lost all outlet.
i like to install EB4-8 like before.

If I understand correctly, you removed the first EB8 that had address EB8_4 and installed a new one and it is showing up as EB8_3? You will have to contact neptune support (support@neptunesys.com), I believe they have a way to force an address change.

yes that is correct.

I did load saved apexcfg.bin now i see only EB4-8 but not work any outlet on EB8. looks like EB3-8 still there.

I called Apex all fixed..
